Field-mountable AL14xx IO-Link masters for machines that need more actuator power, decentralised I/O and robust field wiring. PerformanceLine combines L-coded M12 power distribution, configurable B ports, per-port energy monitoring and fieldbus communication.

PerformanceLine is designed for machines where standard low-power field I/O becomes restrictive, especially when solenoid valves, grippers, valve terminals or other actuators need significant current close to the machine.

Decentralised architecture

Bring IO-Link, digital I/O and actuator power directly into the field

The master sits between sensors / actuators and the machine fieldbus. Sensor supply and actuator supply are separated, while port-level current configuration helps control the power budget.

Model suffix matters. Industrial/coolant and food variants are not interchangeable merely because their port count and fieldbus are the same. Confirm housing/environment, washdown requirements, connector arrangement and the exact output architecture.
