PSENopt II

Light curtains fail in industry for practical reasons — vibration, cold, dust and dead zones at the ends of the field. PSENopt II is built against those: 50g shock resistance, operation down to −25 °C, no dead zones, and coding so that curtains can sit close together without interfering.

The mounting distance is calculated from the measured machine stopping time, the device response time and the detection capability, using the applicable standard. Resolution and protected height must be selected against that calculation.
