Fanless Alder Lake-U compute

Core i3-1215U, i5-1235U and i7-1255U options provide scalable x86 performance without a system fan. The processor range lets one enclosure cover gateway, HMI and higher-load edge applications.

Dense industrial networking

Three 2.5GbE ports plus one Gigabit Ethernet port support segmented machine, camera and uplink networks. Separate network segments can isolate machine traffic, vision devices and the plant uplink.

Configurable serial communication

Two COM ports can be set to RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485 in BIOS. This supports direct connection to legacy instruments, PLCs and multidrop field devices.

Storage flexibility

M.2 NVMe and 2.5-inch SATA storage can separate operating-system and local-data requirements. The arrangement supports fast boot storage together with higher-capacity local data retention.

Modular I/O expansion

Optional isolated serial, CAN with digital I/O, or four-port PoE+ expansion adapts the platform to the machine. This reduces external interface hardware and keeps machine wiring more compact.

Wide-voltage protected input

12–36 VDC input with reverse-polarity, short-circuit, over-voltage and over-current protection supports cabinet power systems. The protected input improves resilience against common industrial power and wiring faults.

Machine gateway

Aggregate PLC, camera, sensor and enterprise networks through four Ethernet ports and configurable serial or CAN interfaces. Local processing supports protocol conversion, buffering and secure upstream communication.

Vision and inspection

Connect multiple GigE cameras through segregated LAN ports or optional PoE+ expansion. NVMe storage and Alder Lake-U processing support image capture, inspection software and local result retention.

Industrial control

Run Windows or Linux supervisory, recipe and control applications close to the machine. Wide-voltage input and selectable serial modes simplify cabinet integration.
