BPC-7412 Industrial Computer
A compact industrial computer for multi-display control, data acquisition and edge processing. Intel Core Ultra processing, four display outputs and PCIe Gen4 storage provide a modern platform for industrial software and connected equipment.
Deployment Capabilities
Multi-screen operator layouts
Four display paths can support separate control, trend, alarm and service views within one equipment platform.
Local processing and recording
Core Ultra processing and NVMe or SATA storage provide a basis for HMI, data logging and edge applications.
Cabinet-oriented installation
The compact enclosure and DIN-rail option suit control cabinets and machine-side installations where space is limited.
Serviceable system design
Standard memory and storage interfaces, together with the accessible fan concept, support planned maintenance and replacement.
Technical Features
Multi-display operation
Two HDMI and two USB-C display paths support operator interfaces, dashboards and multi-screen equipment. Separate screens can be assigned to control, trends, alarms and service information.
High-speed storage
M.2 2280 supports NVMe or SATA storage for operating system, logging and local analytics. The interface provides fast application loading and sustained local recording for data-intensive tasks.
Compact installation
DIN-rail mounting and a compact enclosure simplify installation in equipment cabinets. This is useful where cabinet space is limited and structured mounting is required.
Service access
The fan-replacement concept supports maintainability in continuous-use systems. Cooling components can be accessed without replacing the complete computing platform.
USB-C integration
USB-C supports high-speed data and 4K display; one port supports configured PD input. This can combine display, data and power functions in supported configurations.
Industrial connectivity
Dual Gigabit Ethernet and serial options support equipment and network integration. The interface mix supports machine-level communication, plant connectivity and local commissioning.

Applications
Machine control
Run HMI, supervisory and equipment-control software on a compact DIN-rail computer. Dual Ethernet and serial options connect controllers, instruments and plant networks.
Data logging
Use PCIe Gen4 NVMe storage for high-rate equipment, test or production data. Local analytics can reduce network traffic and preserve records during connectivity interruptions.
Multi-display systems
Drive up to four displays for control rooms, equipment dashboards, digital signage or multi-screen operator stations. HDMI and USB-C outputs support flexible display layouts.
Edge processing
Perform protocol handling, filtering, visualisation and local analytics near the equipment. Intel Core Ultra processing provides headroom for mixed control and data workloads.
Test equipment
Integrate the computer into automated fixtures, laboratory systems or production testers. Multiple displays and high-speed storage support instrument control, result capture and operator guidance.
Industrial workcells
Install the compact platform in machines or cabinets where space is limited. DIN-rail mounting and serviceable cooling support structured maintenance.
