Deployment Capabilities
Cabinet-mounted control computing
DIN-rail and wall-mount options support integration inside machine and control cabinets.
Industrial communication
Dual Gigabit Ethernet and two configurable RS232/RS485 ports connect controllers, drives, instruments and supervisory networks.
Serviceable storage
mSATA and M.2 SATA interfaces separate operating-system and application-data storage where required.
Flexible processor selection
Two platform generations provide a choice between established long-life systems and higher 10th–11th Gen Intel Core performance.
Technical Features
Socketed Intel processor platform
LGA processor support allows the CPU to be selected within the model-specific generation and 65 W TDP limit.
Dual-mode serial interfaces
Each DB-9 serial port can be configured for RS232 or RS485; the RS485 mode supports automatic flow control.
Dual display output
VGA and HDMI support local commissioning, service display or industrial HMI use.
Protected DC input
The 12–24 VDC input includes overcurrent, overvoltage and reverse-polarity protection.
Expansion and wireless options
A full-size Mini PCIe slot with SIM support can accommodate selected wireless or communication modules.
Industrial environmental design
The fan-assisted aluminium-magnesium chassis is specified for -20 to +60 °C operation with airflow and SSD storage.
