BPC-7611 Industrial Computer
A fanless industrial computer for machine connectivity, gateway and control applications. Dual 2.5GbE, four configurable serial interfaces and cellular expansion support mixed legacy and modern industrial networks.
Deployment Capabilities
Mixed equipment connectivity
Four configurable serial ports and dual 2.5GbE can connect legacy field equipment and modern plant networks.
Fanless gateway deployment
Passive cooling suits continuous cabinet and machine installations where dust movement and fan maintenance are concerns.
Local data handling
The processor and M.2 storage can support protocol conversion, buffering, logging and supervisory applications.
Remote communication options
Cellular and wireless expansion can support remote sites, service access and independent network links.
Technical Features
Fanless operation
Passive cooling removes the fan as a maintenance item in dusty or continuous-duty installations. The sealed thermal approach also reduces dust movement through the enclosure.
Legacy and modern I/O
Four BIOS-configurable serial ports connect existing equipment while dual 2.5GbE supports higher-rate networks. This allows one system to bridge legacy field equipment and faster plant networks.
Wireless expansion
M.2 support enables 4G/5G or wireless communication modules. Cellular connectivity can provide a backup or primary uplink for remote installations.
Compact storage
M.2 SATA storage supports operating-system and local data needs. The compact format is suited to gateway software, logs and configuration data.
Dual display
HDMI and DisplayPort support operator interfaces and local diagnostics. One display can serve the operator while the second supports diagnostics or monitoring.
Edge gateway fit
The interface mix supports protocol conversion, data collection and secure uplink functions. Local processing allows filtering, buffering and alarm handling before data is transmitted upstream.

Applications
Industrial gateway
Connect serial equipment to Ethernet, plant and cloud systems through four configurable COM ports and dual 2.5GbE. Cellular expansion supports remote or distributed installations.
Machine connectivity
Collect and route data from PLCs, drives, sensors and controllers. The fanless design suits continuous deployment close to production equipment.
Building systems
Use the compact computer for HVAC, energy, access-control and building-management gateways. Serial interfaces support legacy devices while Ethernet provides supervisory connectivity.
Transportation
Deploy as a vehicle, roadside or depot communication and logging node. Wireless expansion and local storage support intermittent network availability.
Remote monitoring
Combine cellular connectivity with local data acquisition, alarm processing and store-and-forward logging. This reduces dependence on a continuous cloud connection.
Control cabinets
Mount the fanless system near equipment to minimise cable runs and maintenance. Dual display outputs also support local commissioning and diagnostics.
