Key Features

Controlled electromagnetic vibration

The electronic control module provides continuously variable oscillation intensity, allowing the mechanical energy applied to the sieve to be adapted to the material and method.

Combined horizontal and vertical motion

The oscillator drives horizontal movement while the resilient suspension adds vertical movement, helping release particles that remain in sieve openings.

Fine-particle sieving support

The system is designed to reduce sieving time, particularly for wet-sieving applications involving particle sizes below 20 µm.

Flexible sieve handling

The integrated clamp supports analytical sieves with a diameter of 75 mm and enables convenient sieve changes.

Dry-powder feeding option

With a standard wire-cloth sieve, the EMS 755 can also support controlled dispersion and feeding of dry powder systems.

Optional ultrasonic assistance

The unit can be combined with the UDS 751 / UP 200S ultrasonic disintegrator when additional ultrasonic energy is required.
