Aerosol Generation, Measurement, and Filter Integrity Testing
These instruments support the key measurement steps used in cleanroom validation and HEPA/ULPA filter integrity testing. The system combines aerosol generation, controlled dilution, particle measurement, and filter scanning to perform qualification measurements aligned with standards such as ISO 14644 and EN 1822.
