Key Features

ISO 21501-4 compliant — 0.3 µm minimum

The optical sensor meets ISO 21501-4 single-particle optical sizing requirements. NIST-traceable calibration certificate supplied as standard — satisfying regulatory requirements for calibrated instruments used in pharmaceutical, medical device and semiconductor cleanroom classification.

6 channels simultaneous at 2.83 LPM (0.1 CFM)

All six particle size channels (0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10.0 µm) are measured simultaneously in every sample. The 2.83 LPM (0.1 CFM) flow rate matches ISO 14644-1 Table A.1 sample volume requirements for Class 5–8 cleanroom classification sampling plans.

3889-01: Ethernet for monitoring integration

The 3889-01 variant adds Ethernet connectivity — enabling direct data feed into SCADA, building management systems and cleanroom monitoring platforms without an intermediate gateway. Ideal for fixed-point remote particle monitoring alongside portable use.

Optional hot-wire environmental sensor

An optional add-on hot-wire sensor measures air velocity (0.1–30 m/s), temperature and relative humidity at the sampling point — combining particle count and HVAC airflow data in one instrument pass during cleanroom qualification.

≥ 10,000 record memory with batch management

Internal memory stores time-stamped sample records. Multiple sampling locations, sample IDs and dates can be managed on-device for cleanroom classification campaigns across multiple rooms. USB or RS-232 export to PC for data analysis.

≥ 8 h battery — full-shift portable operation

Li-ion rechargeable battery sustains over 8 hours of continuous operation — enabling complete cleanroom certification campaigns without recharging interruption.
