


SPD1000X — Single-output Programmable Linear DC Power Supplies
Compact programmable linear DC supplies for bench development, education and automated test. The series includes 16 V / 8 A and 30 V / 5 A models with low ripple, fast transient response, waveform display, save/recall and SCPI control.

Key Features
Two Single-output Models
Choose SPD1168X for 16 V / 8 A loads or SPD1305X for 30 V / 5 A rails. Both are compact programmable linear supplies for general bench work and automated test.
Low Ripple and Fast Response
Low ripple and noise, together with transient response below 50 µs, makes the series suitable for sensitive analog, embedded and mixed-signal prototype powering.
1 mV / 1 mA Setting Resolution
Five-digit voltage and four-digit current display with 1 mV / 1 mA minimum resolution gives better control than basic manual bench supplies.
Remote Control and Timing Output
USB remote operation, SCPI support, LabVIEW driver support and front-panel timing output functions support repeatable test sequences and simple automation.
4-wire Compensation on SPD1305X
The SPD1305X includes 4-wire compensation output mode with up to 1 V compensation, useful when lead resistance affects voltage accuracy at the DUT.
Waveform Display and Save/Recall
The 2.8-inch TFT display supports real-time wave display, while five internal save/recall groups help restore common bench and production settings quickly.
