Valves and proportional outputs
Configurable digital, PWM and current-controlled outputs support hydraulic-machine functions.
Rugged programmable controllers for mobile machines combine configurable I/O, CAN-based vehicle communication and CODESYS engineering. Current families include IP67 vehicle-mounted controllers and compact IP20 safety-controller routes.

Designed for construction, agriculture, municipal, material-handling, mining and other machines exposed to vibration, temperature swings, dirt and direct vehicle electrical systems.
Configurable digital, PWM and current-controlled outputs support hydraulic-machine functions.
CAN interfaces can exchange operating data with engines and other vehicle nodes.
Connect ioControl modules, displays and other decentralized ecomatmobile components.
Multiple CAN networks and Ethernet allow the controller to combine machine control and communication functions.
The controller processes local sensors and actuators while exchanging data with displays, remote I/O, engines and other CAN/Ethernet nodes.
Current ifm selection includes large IP67 controllers and compact IP20 safety controllers.

Current compact safety controllers and ecomatController safety variants are designed for safety-related mobile functions up to the documented safety level when the complete application is engineered accordingly.
A controller should be sized around real I/O types and network architecture, not only total I/O count.
