Choose 2-channel or 4-channel models across 50, 70, 100 and 200 MHz bandwidth classes, with portable USB 3.0 connectivity for laptop-based laboratory and field use.

Deep Memory Up to 512 MS

The larger models capture long serial-bus sessions, intermittent events and extended timing windows without forcing an immediate reduction in sample rate.

MSO Models Add 16 Digital Channels

MSO variants combine analog channels with a 16-channel logic analyzer, enabling time-correlated analog and digital debugging on embedded boards.

Serial Decode and Mask Testing

PicoScope workflows support protocol decode, event tables, mask tests, actions, math channels and FFT spectrum views for debug and validation tasks.

Built-in Function / Arbitrary Generator

All 3000D units include a function generator and 12-bit AWG for stimulus, sweep testing, filter response checks and triggered waveform output.

SDK and Automation Friendly
