Key Features
100 MHz · 4-channel Bench Platform
The SDS1104X-U provides four analog channels for general laboratory, education and embedded-system debugging where a practical 100 MHz scope is sufficient.
SPO Technology and Fast Capture
Super Phosphor Oscilloscope processing supports up to 100,000 wfm/s in normal mode and up to 400,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode, helping catch low-probability events.
14 Mpts Record Length
Long memory allows users to capture more signal history and zoom into details without immediately losing time resolution.
Standard Serial Trigger and Decode
Serial bus trigger and decode support I²C, SPI, UART, CAN and LIN, making the unit useful for common embedded and automotive bench debugging.
History and Segmented Acquisition
Sequence and History functions support up to 80,000 segments or frames for reviewing triggered events over time.
128 kpts FFT and Measurement Tools
FFT, math, gated measurement, zoom, statistics, automatic measurements and pass/fail testing support routine analysis without a PC.
7-inch TFT-LCD Display
The front panel uses a 7-inch 800 × 480 TFT-LCD with 256-level intensity grading and colour-temperature display mode.
USB, LAN and Remote Control
Connectivity includes USB Host, USB Device, LAN/VXI-11, Pass/Fail and Trigger Out for bench use and basic automation.

Applications
Teaching and Student Bench Labs
A cost-focused 100 MHz, 4-channel scope for electronics fundamentals, embedded labs and routine measurement practice.
Microcontroller and Bus Debug
Standard I²C, SPI, UART, CAN and LIN decode helps students and engineers connect waveform behaviour with bus events.
Routine Analog and Digital Debug
Useful for checking clocks, PWM, sensor outputs, power rails, amplifiers and low-to-mid-speed digital signals.
Basic Pass/Fail Waveform QA
Hardware pass/fail testing and trigger output support simple fixture-based waveform checks.
Electronics Troubleshooting
Suitable for service benches where four analog channels, USB/LAN connectivity and long memory are more important than high bandwidth.
FFT and Long-memory Capture
128 kpts FFT, search/navigation and 14 Mpts record length support basic spectrum checks and longer signal captures.
