Five-in-one Field Instrument
The SHS800X combines a 2-channel oscilloscope, True-RMS multimeter, recorder, logger, serial trigger/decode and FFT spectrum analysis in one portable instrument. It is practical when carrying a bench scope, DMM and logger separately is not realistic.
100 / 200 MHz Oscilloscope Models
SHS810X provides 100 MHz bandwidth and SHS820X provides 200 MHz bandwidth. Both use 2 scope channels with 1 GSa/s sampling when one channel is active and 500 MSa/s per channel when both channels are enabled.
12 Mpts Record Length
Up to 12 Mpts memory is available in single-channel acquisition, reducing the chance of missing intermittent field faults. With both channels active, the standard record length is 6 Mpts per channel.
6000-count True-RMS DMM
The built-in multimeter supports DC voltage, AC voltage, DC current, AC current, resistance, diode, capacitance and continuity tests. This keeps routine electrical checks and waveform diagnosis inside one handheld unit.
Recorder and Data Logger
Waveform recording up to 22 hours helps capture long-duration intermittent events. Sample logging and measurement logging support field diagnostics where the fault appears only during machine operation.
1 Mpts FFT and Serial Debug
FFT analysis up to 1 Mpts supports spectral inspection, with peak and marker functions. Serial trigger and decode help correlate I²C, SPI, UART, CAN and LIN bus activity with analog waveforms.
IP51 Portable Design
The 5.6-inch 640 × 480 display, rugged IP51 housing, shoulder-bag format and compact 276 × 168 × 68 mm body make the instrument suitable for plant-floor, lab and service work.
Battery-powered Operation
The removable 6900 mAh lithium battery supports up to 5.5 hours of operation. It can be charged inside the instrument or externally with the charger, which is useful for field-service teams.
