Key Features
500 MHz Bandwidth and 5 GS/s Sampling
The top model reaches 500 MHz bandwidth with 5 GS/s real-time sampling, giving a 200 ps sampling interval for fast embedded, power, RF and signal-integrity debug.
Four Analog Channels plus MSO Option
All 3000E models provide four analog inputs, while MSO variants add 16 digital logic channels for timing-correlated analog and digital debugging.
2 GS Deep Capture Memory
Up to 2 GS capture memory enables long acquisitions at high sample rates, segmented capture, waveform-buffer review and detailed post-capture zooming.
8/10-bit Hardware Resolution with Enhancement
Hardware resolution is 8 or 10 bits depending on acquisition mode, with high-resolution processing adding up to four extra bits for low-noise and low-level signal analysis.
Built-in Generator and 14-bit AWG
The integrated function generator covers 100 μHz to 20 MHz, and the arbitrary waveform generator provides 200 MS/s update rate, 32 kS memory and 14-bit vertical resolution.
PicoScope 7 App and PicoSDK
Cross-platform operation supports 40 serial decoders, mask testing, DeepMeasure, FFT spectrum analysis, math channels and custom automation through PicoSDK.
