Key Features
30 GHz Sampling Bandwidth
Designed for eye diagrams, mask tests, timing, microwave and telecom waveform work on repetitive high-speed signals.
15 TS/s Sequential Sampling
64 fs equivalent timing supports detailed edge, jitter, phase and timing measurements.
Optical Input Option
The 9311 family adds 9.5 GHz optical measurement capability for optical eye diagrams and transceiver validation.
Clock Recovery Option
Selected models support 11.3 Gb/s clock recovery for stable eye diagram and serial-data measurements.
Integrated TDR/TDT Options
Selected models include differential deskewable TDR/TDT step sources for cables, connectors, backplanes and PCB interconnects.
Compact USB Instrument
PC-connected format keeps the sampling head close to the DUT and reduces long high-frequency cable runs.
