




PicoScope 9400 Series — 5 / 16 GHz SXRTO Oscilloscopes
Sampler-Extended Real-Time Oscilloscope family that combines real-time sampling, random equivalent-time sampling and high analog bandwidth. The 9400 Series covers 5 GHz and 16 GHz models with 2 or 4 channels, 12-bit 500 MS/s ADCs, eye/mask testing and up to 2.5 TS/s equivalent sampling.
