SDS1000X-E — 100/200 MHz Super Phosphor Oscilloscopes

SIGLENT SDS1000X-E oscilloscopes are available in 100 MHz and 200 MHz bandwidths with 2 or 4 analog channels. They provide up to 1 GSa/s real-time sampling, up to 14 Mpts memory, 100,000 wfm/s normal capture and 400,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode. Serial decode is standard; MSO, Bode plot and web-browser control are positioned for suitable 4-channel configurations.

SPO Capture — 100k / 400k wfm/s

SPO technology provides up to 100,000 waveforms per second in normal mode and up to 400,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode, helping catch intermittent glitches and rare events.

Up to 14 Mpts Record Length

Memory depth is 7 Mpts/ch in non-interleaved mode and 14 Mpts/ch in interleaved mode, allowing longer captures before zooming into the event of interest.

Standard Serial Bus Decode

Serial triggering and decoding is included for I²C, SPI, UART/RS-232, CAN and LIN, with event-list correlation against the physical waveform.

1 Mpt FFT and Math Co-processor

The 1 Mpt FFT improves frequency resolution, while the math co-processor keeps measurement and math functions responsive on long records.

Sequence and History — Up to 80,000 Frames

Segmented acquisition and History mode can store up to 80,000 frames, useful for reviewing repeated events with minimal dead time.

7-inch TFT-LCD Display

The 7-inch 800 × 480 display supports 256-level intensity grading and colour-temperature display for fast identification of frequent and rare events.

Bode Plot and Web Control on 4-channel Models

Four-channel SDS1000X-E models support Bode plotting with compatible SIGLENT generators and browser-based remote monitoring.

Pass/Fail and SCPI Remote Control

Hardware pass/fail testing, USB, LAN/VXI-11, trigger out and SCPI support make the series suitable for lab automation and entry production checks.
