




SDS2000X HD — 12-bit 4-channel Oscilloscopes, 200 / 350 MHz
SIGLENT SDS2000X HD oscilloscopes provide 12-bit acquisition, 4 analog channels plus EXT, 2 GSa/s sample rate, up to 200 Mpts/ch record length and a 10.1-inch capacitive touch display. The series supports serial triggering/decode, Bode plot, mask test, optional 25 MHz AWG, optional MSO and optional power analysis for embedded, power and education labs.
