Key Features
5 GSa/s Per Channel · 10 GSa/s ESR
The SDS6000A provides 5 GSa/s sample rate at each channel, with 10 GSa/s equivalent sample rate for repetitive signals. It keeps the positioning focused on bandwidth, timing detail and practical lab use.
Up to 500 Mpts/ch Record Length
Long record memory supports detailed capture of embedded, power and high-speed events. Memory scales by channel use: 500 Mpts/ch single-channel, 250 Mpts/ch dual-channel and 125 Mpts/ch with three or four channels.
SPO Capture and Sequence Mode
SIGLENT SPO technology provides up to 170,000 wfm/s in normal mode and up to 750,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode. Sequence acquisition and History can record up to 80,000 segments or frames.
Eye/Jitter, Power Analysis and Bode Plot
Analysis tools include optional eye diagram and jitter analysis, power analysis, Bode plot and mask testing. These should be quoted with the required options.
Serial Trigger and Decode
Serial bus trigger and decode support I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I²S, MIL-STD-1553B, SENT and Manchester. Use this for embedded and automotive debugging.
MSO and 25 MHz AWG Options
The platform supports 16 digital channels through the MSO option and a 25 MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator option for stimulus and basic response testing.
50+ Measurements and Math
Automatic measurements include statistics, histogram, track, trend and gating. Math tools include FFT, arithmetic, integration, differentiation, square root and a formula editor.
12.1-inch Touch Display and Remote Control
The 12.1-inch capacitive touch display supports multi-touch operation. LAN web control, SCPI, USB, HDMI, external mouse and keyboard support make it suitable for lab and ATE workflows.
