





PicoScope 5000E Series — 16-bit Precision USB Oscilloscopes
Four-channel USB-C oscilloscope family for precision analog analysis, power-rail ripple, sensor signals and mixed-signal debug. Native 16-bit models cover 60 / 100 / 200 MHz, while Plus models add switchable 8/16-bit operation with up to 500 MHz bandwidth, 5 GS/s sampling and 2 GS memory.

Native 16-bit Precision on Four Channels
The 5000E family is positioned for low-level analog work with 16-bit resolution on each of its four channels, supporting power-supply ripple, distortion and precision sensor measurements.
Plus Models: Speed or Precision
5000E Plus models can run in 16-bit mode for precision or 8-bit mode for higher bandwidth and faster sampling, reaching up to 500 MHz and 5 GS/s.
Deep Memory for Long Captures
Capture memory scales up to 1 GS per channel in 16-bit mode and up to 2 GS per channel in 8-bit Plus mode, supporting long data packets and detailed transient analysis.
Mixed-signal Expansion
MSO variants add 16 digital channels, allowing analog and digital signals to be time-correlated during embedded, power-electronics and communications debug.
Built-in Signal Generation
Every model includes function-generator and arbitrary-waveform capabilities, with 200 MS/s AWG update rate, 32 kS buffer and 14-bit output resolution.
USB-C Bench and Field Workflow
USB 5 Gbps Type-C connectivity, compact size below 0.7 kg and PicoSDK support make the series suitable for lab benches, portable validation and automated test systems.
