




SDS1000X HD — 12-bit HD Oscilloscopes, 100 MHz to 200 MHz
SIGLENT SDS1000X HD oscilloscopes provide 12-bit resolution, 2 GSa/s sampling, up to 100 Mpts/ch record length and up to 500,000 wfm/s capture rate in Sequence mode. The series covers 100 MHz and 200 MHz models with 2 or 4 analog channels, optional 16 digital channels, serial decode, Bode plot, power analysis and remote web control.

12-bit ADC resolution and a typical 70 µVrms noise floor at 200 MHz full bandwidth help reveal small waveform details that are often hidden on 8-bit entry scopes.
100 MHz and 200 MHz Models
The series is available in 2-channel and 4-channel versions with external trigger input, making it suitable for embedded, power, education and general bench measurements.

2 GSa/s sampling and up to 100 Mpts/ch record length support longer captures of protocol activity, startup behaviour, control loops and intermittent faults.
SPO Capture and Sequence Mode
SPO technology provides up to 120,000 wfm/s in normal mode and up to 500,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode. Sequence and History functions support up to 80,000 segments or frames.
Serial Trigger and Decode
Serial trigger and decode support I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD decode and FlexRay decode, with event-table correlation to the captured waveform.
Bode Plot, Power Analysis and Mask Test
Analysis tools include Search/Navigate, mask testing, Bode plot and power analysis for practical embedded and power-electronics validation workflows.
Math, FFT and 50+ Measurements
Measurement tools include statistics, histogram, track, trend and gating. Math functions include 2 Mpts FFT, arithmetic operations, integration, differentiation and formula editing.
10.1-inch Touch Display and Remote Control
The 10.1-inch capacitive touch display supports efficient operation, while LAN web control, SCPI, USB and external mouse/keyboard support help in lab and automated setups.
