


PicoScope 9400A Series — Wideband SXRTO Sampling Oscilloscopes
Wideband USB sampling oscilloscope family for signal-integrity, telecom and high-speed digital validation. The 9400A Series provides 4 analog channels, 12-bit vertical resolution, model bandwidths up to 33 GHz and up to 5 TS/s random equivalent sampling.
