Key Features

Wide RF and Microwave Coverage

Model families cover compact RF work up to 4.5 / 8.5 GHz and microwave work up to 13.5 / 26.5 GHz, allowing antenna, filter, amplifier, cable and fixture measurements on one platform family.

2-port and 4-port S-parameter Measurement

Measure scattering parameters, balanced parameters and multi-trace views for passive and active RF networks, including S11, S21, S12, S22 and 4-port device configurations where applicable.

125 dB Dynamic Range

The high dynamic range supports simultaneous pass-band and stop-band filter characterization, high-isolation measurements and low-level transmission analysis without changing instruments.

Advanced Calibration and Fixture Correction

Supports response, enhanced response, full one-port, full two-port, full three-port, full four-port and TRL calibration, plus fixture simulation, impedance conversion, adapter removal and de-embedding workflows.

Time-domain and Active Device Workflows

Time-domain analysis helps locate cable and fixture discontinuities, while power sweep, scalar/vector mixer, gain compression, pulse and material measurement workflows support advanced RF design work.

Automation and Bench Integration

LAN, USB Device, USB Host and remote-control interfaces support SCPI, LabVIEW, IVI, USB-TMC, VXI-11, Socket, Telnet and WebServer based automated test environments.
