300 MHz to 3 GHz Model Coverage
The 6000E family covers 300 MHz, 500 MHz, 750 MHz, 1 GHz and 3 GHz classes, allowing Primionics to position the right model for embedded, RF, signal-integrity and research benches.
4 or 8 Analog Channels plus 16 Digital
Four-channel and eight-channel models are available. Two external MSO ports can add up to 16 digital channels for time-correlated analog and digital debugging.
Ultra-deep Capture Memory
Up to 4 GS capture memory supports long-duration high-speed capture, packet gaps, rare timing faults and segmented waveform storage for advanced debug workflows.
High-speed and FlexRes Architectures
8-bit models target speed and cost, while FlexRes models provide 8, 10 or 12-bit hardware resolution with additional resolution enhancement when suitable.
40+ Serial Decoders and Deep Analysis
Use analog and digital channels for serial decode, waveform buffer navigation, masks, measurements and DeepMeasure-style timing analysis across large captures.
Integrated Signal Generator and AWG
Rear-panel generator output supports sine and square signals to 50 MHz, PRBS up to 50 Mb/s and a 14-bit arbitrary waveform generator with 40 kS memory.
