




SDS2000X Plus — Super Phosphor Oscilloscopes, 100 MHz to 350 MHz
SIGLENT SDS2000X Plus oscilloscopes cover 100 MHz, 200 MHz and 350 MHz models, with the 350 MHz version upgradable to 500 MHz. The series provides up to 2 GSa/s, up to 200 Mpts/ch, 10-bit acquisition mode, 10.1-inch capacitive touch display, serial decode, Bode plot, mask test, power analysis and 50 MHz waveform-generator options.

10-bit Acquisition Mode
10-bit mode improves visible detail and lowers noise for applications that need more vertical resolution than standard 8-bit capture.
SPO Capture and Sequence Mode
SPO technology reaches up to 120,000 wfm/s in normal mode and up to 500,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode for rare-event capture.
Serial Trigger and Decode
I²C, SPI, UART, CAN and LIN are standard. CAN FD, FlexRay, I²S and MIL-STD-1553B are available as options.
Bode Plot, Mask Test and Power Analysis
The platform supports Bode plot, mask testing and optional power analysis for embedded, power and validation workflows.
50 MHz Waveform Generator Option
The optional built-in generator can be used for stimulus, response checks and Bode plot workflows without a separate generator in simple setups.
10.1-inch Touch Display
The 1024 × 600 capacitive display supports multi-touch operation, 256-level intensity grading and colour-temperature display.
Remote Control and ATE Use
USB, LAN, web control, pass/fail output, trigger out and SCPI support make it suitable for bench and automated test use.
