



SDS3000X HD — 12-bit Oscilloscopes, 350 MHz to 1 GHz
SIGLENT SDS3000X HD oscilloscopes are 12-bit, 4-channel mixed-signal platforms available in 350 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz bandwidths. They provide up to 4 GSa/s sampling, up to 400 Mpts/ch record length, up to 890,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode, low-noise acquisition, serial trigger/decode, Bode plot and power analysis options.

Key Features
12-bit ADC · Low-noise Acquisition
12-bit acquisition provides 4,096 vertical levels, with high-resolution ERES mode available for cleaner waveform detail. SIGLENT specifies noise floor as low as 125 µVrms at 1 GHz full bandwidth.
Up to 4 GSa/s and 400 Mpts/ch
The series supports up to 4 GSa/s sample rate and up to 400 Mpts/ch record length, suitable for embedded debug, power-event capture and long waveform analysis.
SPO Capture and Sequence Mode
SPO technology provides up to 200,000 wfm/s in Normal mode and up to 890,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode. Sequence and History support up to 80,000 segments or frames.
Serial Trigger and Decode
Supported protocols include I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I²S, MIL-STD-1553B, SENT, Manchester and ARINC429 for embedded and automotive debugging.
Bode Plot and Power Analysis
Analysis functions include Bode plot, power analysis, mask test, Search/Navigate, waveform histogram, counter and digital voltmeter. Quote power analysis with the required probes and deskew setup.
50 MHz External Waveform Generator Support
The SDS3000X HD can work with SIGLENT's external 50 MHz waveform generator module for stimulus, response and frequency-sweep measurements.
10.1-inch Touch Display
The 10.1-inch capacitive touch display supports multi-touch gestures, 256-level intensity grading and colour-temperature display mode for easier signal interpretation.
Remote Control and Automation
USB, LAN, built-in web server and SCPI support make the series suitable for laboratory automation, remote operation and production-style waveform checks.
