





SDS5000L — 8-channel Low-profile Oscilloscopes, 350 MHz to 1 GHz
SIGLENT SDS5000L is an 8-channel low-profile oscilloscope platform for rack, remote and high-channel-count systems. It offers 350 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz models, 12-bit acquisition, up to 5 GSa/s sample rate, up to 2.5 Gpts/ch memory and up to 650,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode. SYN64 synchronization scales multiple modules up to 512 channels while LAN, web control and SCPI support automated test use.

8-channel Low-profile Acquisition
Eight analog channels plus external trigger support simultaneous power rails, motor phases, control signals and embedded buses in one rack-friendly 1U module.
12-bit ADC · Up to 5 GSa/s
The platform combines 12-bit vertical resolution with up to 1 GHz bandwidth and up to 5 GSa/s sample rate for timing, ripple and fast-edge measurements.
Deep Memory and Fast Capture
Up to 2.5 Gpts/ch memory supports long event capture. SPO technology provides up to 160,000 wfm/s in normal mode and up to 650,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode.
SYN64 Synchronization up to 512 Channels
Multiple SDS5000L modules can be synchronized with the SYN64 distributor to build high-channel-count acquisition systems up to 512 channels.
Remote and Rack Operation
The module has no integrated display and is intended for rack, remote or external-display operation. LAN web control, SCPI, HDMI, mouse and keyboard support simplify system integration.
Serial Trigger and Decode
Trigger/decode support includes I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I²S, MIL-STD-1553B, SENT, Manchester and ARINC429.
Power Analysis, Bode Plot and Double Pulse Test
Analysis functions support power-up sequence work, loop response, power electronics, WBG semiconductor switching and double-pulse test workflows when configured with the required options.
Automation-ready Connectivity
1000M LAN, USB host/device, 10 MHz input/output, external trigger, auxiliary output and SCPI control make the series suitable for validation and production ATE systems.
