



SDS6000L — Low-profile 4/8-channel Oscilloscopes, 500 MHz to 2 GHz
SIGLENT SDS6000L low-profile oscilloscopes provide 4 or 8 analog channels in compact 1U/2U chassis formats. The series covers 500 MHz, 1 GHz and 2 GHz bandwidths, 5 GSa/s per channel, 10 GSa/s ESR, up to 500 Mpts/ch record length and up to 750,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode.

Key Features
4 or 8 Analog Channels in Low-profile Chassis
The SDS6000L family is available as 4-channel and 8-channel models. The 4-channel units are compact 1U instruments, while 8-channel models provide higher channel density in a 2U format.
500 MHz to 2 GHz Bandwidth
Choose 500 MHz, 1 GHz or 2 GHz bandwidth depending on edge speed, channel count and validation requirement. This avoids overstating every model as an 8-channel 2 GHz instrument.
5 GSa/s Per Channel · 10 GSa/s ESR
The series provides 5 GSa/s real-time sampling per channel, with 10 GSa/s equivalent sample rate for repetitive signals.
Deep Memory and Sequence Capture
Record length reaches up to 500 Mpts/ch in single-channel use. Sequence mode supports up to 80,000 segments and up to 750,000 wfm/s for rare-event capture.
SYN64 Multi-unit Synchronization
Multiple SDS6000L modules can be synchronized with the SYN64 distributor to build acquisition systems up to 512 channels.
Serial Trigger and Decode
Supported buses include I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I²S, MIL-STD-1553B, SENT and Manchester.
Analysis and Stimulus Options
Analysis functions include mask test, power analysis, eye/jitter analysis, search, navigate, math, histogram, digital voltmeter and counter. A 25 MHz AWG option is available.
Remote and ATE-ready Operation
The instrument can operate with external display and mouse, or remotely over 1000M LAN using web control and SCPI commands.
