




SDS7000A / AP — Flagship Oscilloscopes, 3 GHz to 8 GHz
SIGLENT SDS7000A/AP is a 3–8 GHz flagship oscilloscope platform with 12-bit ADC, up to 20 GSa/s, up to 2 Gpts/ch memory, 1,000,000 wfm/s capture rate and a 15.6-inch HD touch display. It supports high-speed debug, eye/jitter analysis, serial decode, compliance options, Bode plot/power analysis and optional RTSA-DDC-SigVSA for A models.

12-bit ADC with up to 16-bit ERES provides clearer waveform detail for fast edges, serial buses, power rails and mixed-signal measurements.
20 GSa/s on All Channels — AP Models
A models sample at 20 GSa/s in 2-channel mode and 10 GSa/s with 3–4 channels. AP models keep 20 GSa/s on all four channels.
Deep Memory — Up to 2 Gpts/ch
A models provide 500 Mpts/ch standard and 1 Gpts/ch optional. AP models provide 1 Gpts/ch standard, with 2 Gpts/ch optional on one channel and reduced depth as more channels are used.
Spectrum Analyzer / RTSA-DDC-SigVSA — A Models Option
Optional Spectrum Analyzer mode for SDS7000A A models adds RTSA, DDC and SigVSA analysis. Confirm model and option compatibility before quotation.
USB 2.0 and Ethernet Compliance Options
USB 2.0, Ethernet, Multi-Gigabit Ethernet and Automotive Ethernet compliance workflows require the relevant software options and test fixtures.
Eye Diagram · Jitter Decomposition
Hardware eye diagrams, TIE-based jitter decomposition and mask tests support LVDS, MIPI DPHY and other high-speed signal checks.
Serial Bus Trigger and Decode

15.6-inch 1920×1080 touch display with 256-level intensity grading. Bode plots can use the 50 MHz AWG option, isolated USB AWG module or stand-alone SDG generator.
