SDS800X HD — 12-bit HD Oscilloscopes, 70–200 MHz

Compact 12-bit bench oscilloscopes for embedded, education, power and general lab use. The series covers 70, 100 and 200 MHz models with 2 or 4 analog channels, optional 16-channel MSO, up to 2 GSa/s sampling, 50/100 Mpts memory, 7-inch capacitive touch display, serial decode, Bode plot and power analysis.

12-bit High Resolution

12-bit acquisition gives 4,096 amplitude levels for clearer ripple, sensor, power-rail and embedded signal measurements than conventional 8-bit scopes.

Up to 2 GSa/s Sampling

The platform supports up to 2 GSa/s real-time sampling across the SDS800X HD range, suitable for everyday embedded and lab debugging.

50/100 Mpts Long Memory

70 MHz and 100 MHz models provide 50 Mpts/ch, while 200 MHz models provide 100 Mpts/ch for longer captures and post-analysis.

Fast SPO Capture

SPO processing supports up to 120,000 wfm/s in normal mode and up to 500,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode for intermittent event capture.

Serial Trigger and Decode

Trigger and decode support common embedded and automotive buses including I²C, SPI, UART, CAN and LIN.

Bode Plot and Power Analysis

Bode plot, mask test, search/navigation and power analysis functions make the series useful for power and embedded validation workflows.

MSO and 25 MHz AWG Options

An optional 16-channel logic probe and optional 25 MHz waveform generator extend the scope for mixed-signal and stimulus-response tasks.

7-inch Touch Display and Remote Control

The 7-inch capacitive touch display supports 1024 × 600 resolution, LAN web control, SCPI, USB and external mouse/keyboard operation.
