



SHS1000X — Isolated Handheld Oscilloscopes, 100 / 200 MHz
Battery-powered isolated handheld oscilloscopes for field service, floating-signal debug and industrial troubleshooting. The SHS1000X combines two isolated oscilloscope channels, serial trigger/decode, spectrum analysis, recorder/data logger functions and a hardware True-RMS multimeter in one portable instrument.

Isolation between the oscilloscope channels, multimeter channel, power adapter and USB ports reduces accidental short-circuit risk when measuring floating or industrial power signals.
100 / 200 MHz with Deep Memory
Choose 100 MHz or 200 MHz bandwidth. Use up to 1 GSa/s and 12 Mpts with one channel active, or 500 MSa/s and 6 Mpts per channel when both channels are enabled.
6000-count True-RMS Multimeter
Integrated hardware True-RMS DMM supports common electrical measurements including DCV, ACV, DCI, ACI, resistance, diode, capacitance and continuity testing.
Standard Serial Trigger and Decode
IIC/I²C, SPI, UART, CAN and LIN trigger/decode functions help debug embedded and automotive systems directly on-site without carrying a separate bench oscilloscope.
SPO Display and Fast Capture
SIGLENT SPO technology provides intensity grading, colour temperature display, up to 100,000 wfm/s normal capture and up to 400,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode.
